Olde Mohawk was contracted to replace the cornice in kind and replace the roofing materials to prevent further internal damage.

The timber framed roof structure was rotted and unsalvageable.
Roofing was removed, emergancy repairs to the masonry performed, and a new roof installed.

The team at Olde Mohawk partners with the stewards of historic structures to preserve the historic fabric of the region's built environment.
